Chief Financial Officer

 

Sandy Lutyens is the Chief Financial Officer for the Air Force Enlisted Village, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. She is responsible for keeping accurate financial records, managing the budgeting process, overseeing the investment portfolio, negotiating contracts, managing capital reserves and improvements, as well as preparing AFEV’s Form 990. Additionally, she works closely with the PCEO on long range planning and capital improvement projects at the largest senior living community in Northwest Florida.

 

The mission of the Air Force Enlisted Village is to provide a home to widows of retired Airmen, mothers of active duty service members, and retired military couples. The AFEV is a unique partner in the community to include special relationships with the area’s military installations.

 

Prior to being selected for her current position, Sandy worked at the Air Force Enlisted Village as an accountant. She has experience working in a government entity and for CPA firms.

 

Sandy’s education includes a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
