2025: A Year of Care, Comfort, and Connection

January 20, 2026

Your generosity in action. Thank you!

Because of you, last year was one of stability, compassion, and meaningful care across the Air Force Enlisted Village quality care and vital support services to more than 600 residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care at Bob Hope Village and Hawthorn House community. Your generosity made it possible to provide a safe home, quality care, and vital support services to more than 600 residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care at Bob Hope Village and Hawthorn House.

Through our Benevolence Program, $701,924 in financial assistance was distributed to U.S. Air Force widows residing at Bob Hope Village and Hawthorn House, ensuring they do not have to choose between essential care and financial security. You also helped foster joy and belonging through 2,000 activities and events, where friendships flourished, and laughter was shared.

Your support kept our campus running safely and smoothly, enabling 4,724 maintenance work orders and major improvements like new windows, pool resurfacing, and a new HVAC system at Hawthorn House --all ensuring comfort and safety for years to come. Volunteers played a vital role, too—1,166 individuals gave 3,311 hours of their time in service to our residents.

Thanks to you, residents traveled safely to and from medical appointments, received medications on time, enjoyed 70,000 meals and 46,700 snacks, and benefited from the launch of the Bob Hope Companion Services program—offering personalized care when it’s needed most.

Your generosity is felt every day. Thank you for standing with those who once served our nation so faithfully.
