Assisted Living Facility Dining Server

Are you passionate about creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents? Join our team as a Server at our Assisted Living Facility!

Available Shift: Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun from 11:00 am-7:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cooks and kitchen managers with daily tasks as needed.
  • Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to residents, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment, including stocking and cleaning dining areas.
  • Assist residents with dining needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced, and resident-oriented environment while being mindful of potential risks.
  • Adhere to all AHCA, Okaloosa County Health, and organizational regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • A commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
  • A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Assisted Living Facility Resident Assistant

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including ambulation, transferring, bathing, dressing and undressing, eating, grooming, and toileting.

Provide laundry and linen services: wash, dry, fold, and return residents’ personal laundry.

Assist with meal service, provide supervision during dining, and ensure a hazard-free environment.

Complete Medication Management and Medication Administration training and fulfill all certification requirements within four (4) months of hire. Once certified, assist residents with safe and accurate self-administration of medications.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Night Shift

Sign-On Bonus: A $3,000 sign-on bonus will be paid incrementally over a one-year period. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

Full TIme: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Night Shift (6:45 pm - 7:00 am)

Looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with leadership and training experience to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Administrator and Director of Health & Wellness by working closely with other employees; residents, and their families, governmental and private agencies, and next of kin to resolve all manner of situations involving residents.
  • Supervise and lead Certified Nursing Assistants, Resident Assistants and Unlicensed Trained Medication Assistants.
  • Create training plans and train staff within department.
  • Provide leadership and support during hurricanes and other emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • This role requires maintaining essential services during inclement weather, which may involve extended shifts, alternative schedules, or on-site presence.
  • Coordinate the assistance plan, activate resources through home health, and communicate with the physician regarding issues that keep the resident at risk.
  • Review all emergency calls for assistance by residents and complete a quality review on the treatment and handling of each emergency by staff.
  • Monitor medication program for all residents requiring assistance or help with administration of medication.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
