We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Air Force Enlisted Village. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents, directly contributing to our mission of care and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities.
• Conduct repairs in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Repairs/replaces plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, hot water heaters, and food waste disposals.
• Maintain, repairs or replace appliances to include washing machines and dryers, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc
• Repairs/replaces electrical items such as motors, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers, and other electrical fixtures
• Assist in the fabrication of necessary components for facility upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Rotate standby duties with other technicians (Weekly).
• Work with the Air Force Enlisted Village staff in performing set-up, execution, and teardown of activities teardown of activities to include holiday activities, volunteer banquet, annual golf tournaments, annual 9K and all other related fund raisers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience performing a variety of maintenance activities.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and carry 5O lbs.
• Be familiar with reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong electrical skills with knowledge of building systems.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
• Ability to perform residential painting tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, for effective interaction with residents and team members.

Are you passionate about creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents? Join our team as a Server at our Assisted Living Facility!

Available Shift: Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun from 11:00 am-7:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cooks and kitchen managers with daily tasks as needed.
• Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to residents, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment, including stocking and cleaning dining areas.
• Assist residents with dining needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced, and resident-oriented environment while being mindful of potential risks.
• Adhere to all AHCA, Okaloosa County Health, and organizational regulations and standards.

• A commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
